This business is a RIP-OFF. I reviewed their website and price list, $29 trip charge, plus labor plus lock fees starting at $19 per cylinder. They do not have a shop, only send out sub-contractors. They sent me some guy doing business as Locksmith Near Me according to the receipt, but his business card was Martin Huerta, 5-Star Locksmith. I had two cylinders and was charged $267. Wow, what a comeback. It must have been some other company. No, it is you all right. How many of these 5star reviews did you pay for or get your friends to fake? Look at the trend of customers knowing you have a fake office, hiring off 3rd contractors to do the work!

Being new to AZ, I didn’t know if there was any competent locksmith around. The apartment I’d moved into was great, but when I found myself locked out one day and discovered, to my utter disbelief, that a neighbor had the key to it, I realized I needed to change the locks. I didn’t know any one there, and so I turned to the internet to seek answers. I hired them without hesitation. I now have 3 brand new locks – all for a minimal price. After I read about a break-in at a house barely three blocks away, I was shaken. It could just as easily have been my home! I wasn’t ready and I knew that with the current security infrastructure, my house would barely stand a chance against criminals. So, I called up Tucson Lock & Locksmith. They were right on time and carried out the assessment in an organized manner. They’d identified plenty of weak spots, and Dave took the time to explain it all to me and advised me on what needs to be done. Without any second thought, I gave them the go-ahead! Two new locks, three fixed doors and a state-of-the-art security system later, I now feel completely secure. Thank you for doing an excellent job at an excellent price. Highly recommend to all in Tucson!!!!!

This is not a Locksmith business, it is a bird dog outfit for several independent contractors who will call you after they get your information from the answering service. They are mobile and probably good for opening a locked car or installing a lock on a house but for commercial service it is really misleading and difficult.
